Websites for landscaping · hardscaping · outdoor living
I’m Reid Sutton. I personally design and build websites for landscaping and hardscaping companies — no templates, no agency runaround. I’ll build yours first, free. Love it? It’s $750 to launch. Don’t? You owe me nothing.
No card. No contract. No sales call — just a link, texted from my phone.
“Found your site — love the work. Need a quote on a paver patio + fire pit.”
I build sites for every outdoor trade: custom patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features, paver driveways, pool decks, landscape design, lawn care programs, irrigation, and seasonal cleanups.
The problem
01 / 07A homeowner about to spend $30,000 on an outdoor kitchen does their homework. They check the truck, the reviews — and the website. If yours is a dead link, a DIY builder page from 2019, or just an Instagram, they don’t think “busy craftsman.” They think “risky.”
And they quietly call the next name on the list.
— The crew with the worse patios and the better website is winning your estimates.
The deal, plain and simple
I personally design and write every page around your work, your services, your towns. No templates. No offshore team. One builder, one standard — big jobs or small, built to make you look like the pro you are.
I build your homepage first and text you a live link — free. No card, no contract, no sales call. You judge it the way your customers will.
$750 to launch, then one simple monthly plan. If the preview doesn’t floor you, walk away — you’ve lost nothing but two minutes.
Recent builds
02 / 07That’s the point. If I sold templates, these two would look like brothers — instead each one is designed around the company itself. Both are live. Click in and poke around.

Your lawn, handled year-round.
Design, planting, mowing programs & irrigation — one friendly local crew.
Two builds, two completely different companies — one standard. Yours gets the same treatment: your name, your photos, your towns, designed around how you actually work. Load them on your phone — that’s where your customers will meet you.
How it works
03 / 07Four fields, two minutes: business name, your name, phone, email. If your work lives on Instagram or Facebook, I’ll find it — no homework for you.
Within 24 hours you get a text from me with a live link: a real homepage with your name, your services, your towns. Not a mockup. Not a sales call.
Pick Care or Growth and you’re live inside a week. Not feeling it? Delete my text. No invoice, no hard feelings.
Why a person, not a platform
04 / 07From the desk of Reid Sutton
I’m not an agency. There’s no account manager, no ticket queue, no junior “implementing changes.” I design your site, I write it, I launch it — and when you text me in March because you started offering snow removal, I’m the one who adds it. Usually the same day.
You run your business the same way. Your name is on every job, so every job gets done right. That’s the whole idea here, too.
P.S. The page you’re reading? I built it. Consider it the floor, not the ceiling.
Drawn around your photos, your services, your towns — not dragged out of a theme store. Every section earns its place.
Fast, mobile-first, and structured the way Google likes: services, towns, reviews. The Growth plan adds monthly local SEO and a managed Business Profile.
No dashboards, no passwords, no midnight fights with a site builder. Text me the change — it’s live fast, usually same day.
Mine. If something’s ever off, you have my number and it gets fixed. That’s the warranty.
Real crews, real results
★A few of the crews I’ve built for — and what changed once the site went live.
“My old site looked like it was built in 2009. Reid had a new one live in a week, and I booked three patio jobs off it the first month. Paid for itself before I even sent an invoice.”
“Homeowners used to ask ‘you don’t have a website?’ Now they say ‘I saw your work online, it looks incredible.’ The jobs coming in are bigger.”
“Twenty years on referrals, figured I didn’t need a site. First month, a $28k retaining-wall job found me on Google. Wish I’d done it sooner.”
Pricing
05 / 07You’ll never get an invoice you didn’t expect — and you never pay a dime until you’ve seen your site and said “launch it.” The $750 builds and launches it; a monthly plan keeps it online and cared for — yes, staying live means a plan, and I’d rather say that plainly than surprise you.

06 / 07Really custom. I start from a blank page with your photos, your services, and your towns, and design around them. Quickest proof: look at Stonehaven and Verdant above — same builder, two completely different sites. Templates can’t do that.
No. You give me four pieces of info, I build your preview and text you the link. The $750 only happens when you say “launch it.” If you never say it, you never pay.
No. Both plans are month-to-month — cancel with a text. Your domain is yours and stays yours. I’d rather earn the renewal than trap you into it.
Straight answer: your site lives on my hosting — that’s part of what the monthly covers, along with security, backups, unlimited edits and support. So like Squarespace, Wix, or any hosted service, if you stop your plan the live site comes down. What’s always yours: your domain (registered in your name) and your own photos and content. You’re not renting pixels — you’re getting a site that’s built, hosted, kept secure and kept current, hands-off, for a fraction of what it’d cost to limp along doing it yourself.
Text me. Small edits — new photos, updated pricing, an added service, a holiday notice — are included in both plans, unlimited. Bigger jobs, like a whole new page for a new division, get a flat quote before I touch anything.
Preview in 24 hours. From “launch it” to live on your domain: usually inside a week. I take a limited number of builds each month, so if I’m at capacity I’ll tell you your exact start date up front — no stringing you along.
Almost nothing. The four fields below get your preview started — if your work is on Instagram or Facebook, I’ll pull from there. For the full build: your photos (phone shots are fine — good work photographs well), your service list, and about 20 minutes by phone or text.
Even better. You keep the domain and I handle the move: new site up, old one down, zero downtime — without losing the Google history you’ve built up.
You can — and if you’ve got the time and the eye, go for it. But most owners either never finish it, or it ends up looking like the template it came from, which is exactly what makes a homeowner hesitate. You’re not paying me for the HTML — you’re paying so it’s done right, done this week, and handled forever: no logins, no learning curve, no weekends lost. Your time’s worth more on the job site.
Your move
07 / 07Four fields, two minutes. Within 24 hours I’ll text you a link to your company’s new homepage — free, no strings, no sales call.
I build every site personally, so I only take a handful of new builds each month. If I’m full when you write, I’ll tell you your real start date up front — never a fake countdown.
Got it — Reid will text you your preview within 24 hours.
Keep an eye on your phone. The link will be a real working page, from a real number, and you can reply straight to it with questions — it’s me on the other end.
While you wait, tour the two live builds: Stonehaven and Verdant Grounds.
